Keep it Smooth
One reason why I always loved Arbonne’s protein powder was because it blended so smoothy with just water and a shaker cup. I had probably tried 20+ different vanilla protein powders in the past 20 years and I always come back to Arbonne.
Not only does it not taste overly sweet but its not grainy. My big rejection when it comes to other vegan, non-gmo brands.

Plain Vanilla
8 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, flax, cashew, etc. ) or water
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
(optional 1 scoop Fiber Boost)
1 tbsp MCT oil
ice as desired
Instructions
Add water or unsweetened milk, vanilla protein powder, fiber boost into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Banana Shake
8 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, flax, cashew, etc. )
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 scoop Fiber Boost
1 frozen banana
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp MCT oil
ice as needed
Instructions
Add the unsweetened non-dairy milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen banana, and ground cinnamon if using into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chocolate Cherry
8 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, flax, cashew, etc. ) or water
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
(optional 1 scoop Fiber Boost)
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 tbsp MCT oil
ice as desired
Instructions
Add water or unsweetened milk, protein powder, fiber boost and cherries into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chocolate Banana Nut
8 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, flax, cashew, etc. ) or water
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
(optional 1 scoop Fiber Boost)
1/2 cup frozen Banana
2 tbsp creamy nut butter
ice as desired
Instructions
Add water or unsweetened milk, protein powder, fiber boost and cherries into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
