Ingredients:
2 6oz organic Cremini (baby bella) mushrooms, sliced and chopped
2 shallops, finely diced
2 32oz Chicken bone broth, or vegetable broth if making Vegan
2 cups Arborio Rice
1 lb Sea Scallops
Herb options: sage, rosemary, parsley, dill
salt & pepper
Optional to add green peas

Heat 1 tbsp coconut oilk
