Asparagus with Sesame Seeds
Ingredients:
1 lb Asparagus, ends trimmed
2 tbsp EVOO
3 tbsp sesame seed (combo of white and black)
How to:
Preheat oven 350-375’ F.
Place trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet (optional to line with parchment paper or spil-pat).
Drizzle with EVOO and toss to coat and spreading out asparagus out evenly. Season with salt & pepper.
Roast for 20-30 mins, turning asparagus after 15.
Remove asparagus and top sesame seeds.
