Asparagus with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Asparagus, ends trimmed

  • 2 tbsp EVOO

  • 3 tbsp sesame seed (combo of white and black)

How to:

  1. Preheat oven 350-375’ F.

  2. Place trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet (optional to line with parchment paper or spil-pat).

  3. Drizzle with EVOO and toss to coat and spreading out asparagus out evenly. Season with salt & pepper.

  4. Roast for 20-30 mins, turning asparagus after 15.

  5. Remove asparagus and top sesame seeds.
