Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Scoops or 1/2 cup Arbonne Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder (Vanilla works too)

1 Scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost

2 scoops or 1/2 cup Almond Flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 scoops Pumpkin Puree (or omit and substitute 2 tbsp coconut oil)

1 Lg egg ( or 1 egg replacement ie flax egg)

3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or other non-dairy milk)

*** you are going to want to double this recipe for the family but maybe if its only for the kids just do a small batch.

How to:

Step 1 - Combine dry ingredients:

Step 2 - Add wet ingredients

Step 3 - Mix together to form a nice yet thickish batter

Step 4- Scoop and spread out on cooktop. Cook until bubbles form (~ 4 mins)

Step 5- Flip and cook for another couple minutes.

Serve with Vegan Butter, Almond butter or good ole maple syrup!!
