Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients:

½ cup coconut flour

¼ cup almond flour

2 scoops Arbonne Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fiber Boost

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp sea salt

1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

3 TBS coconut oil melted

4 eggs lightly beaten

How to:

Preheat oven to 350’

Step 1 - Combine dry Ingredients

Step 2 - In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.

Step 3 - Combine wet and dry ingredients.

Step 4 (optional) - Add some crunch, 1/2 cup pecans, walnuts, chocolate chips, cranberries…etc.

Step 5 - Spoon batter into lined muffin pan. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
