No time, Pork Belly "Alfredo"

Ingredients:

1 Medium zucchinis, cut into bite sized pieces

2 Shallots, sliced, can substitute with 1 small yellow onions

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 package frozen peas

1 package of Heritage Raised Pork Belly, why heritage raised? It’s clean of toxins.

1 package GF pasta of choice, But it

1 jar pre-made Alfredo Sauce, Buy it

How to:

  1. Sear Pork belly over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside, leave rendered fat in the pan.

  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

  3. Add shallots and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add Zucchini and frozen peas. Cook until peas are warmed and zucchini is tender ~4 minutes.

  4. Add pork back to pan and mix. Season as needed.

  5. In a large bowl, place cooked pasta, veggie & pork mix. Top with warmed Alfredo sauce. Mix and your done ✅.
