Apple Skillet Crisp
Ingredients:
4-5 Apples, sliced
1/2 cup GF Rolled Oats
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
optional to add 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
How to:
Preheat cast iron pan and melt coconut oil.
Add Apples and saute until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Add oats and walnuts and stir. Cook for a couple minutes until oats are lightly toasted.
Add seasoning and your done!
> We enjoy ours with a side of bacon.
