Cooling & Hydrating Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup brewed Spiced Rooibos tea (I use the same teabag from my morning #mughug in water).

1/2 Cucumber, sliced lengthwise into spears

1 lime, sliced and squeezed

1 lemon, sliced and squeezed

1 Packet Chaga Elixir

1 packet TrueSport Hydration

Remaining Water to fill your pitcher

How to:

Combine all ingredients into a pitcher, add water until desired concentration.

Serve over Ice with some cucumber spears.
