Every morning I have a routine wherein like so many I have a #mughug.
Expect I no longer drink coffee. Instead I choose a superfood alternative which I find most resembles coffee however it doesn’t contain any of the caffeine. My choice, Rooibos tea.
Why?
It’s flavorful, full bodied like that of a coffee, black tea or green tea. You can add things to it to enhance the flavor like creamer. I also add several supplements including: Turmeric Milk, a Mushroom Blend, MCT oil, Vitamin D3 and of course my Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder. It makes for one heck of a powerful mug.
