Canned Lunch Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
1 12oz package of GF Elbow Macaroni
1 15oz can Salad Beans , drained & rinsed.
1 15oz can green beans, drained
1 small can sliced olives, drained
1 10oz can (or 2 5oz cans) Roasted Chicken Breast, drained
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I love this one)
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder (or dried minced onion)
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp cane sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
How to:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and add to a large mixing bowl.
Open all cans and add contents into pasta mixing bowl.
Prepare dressing and pour atop ingredients.
Mix and your done!
Best when salad is allowed to marinate overnight.
